INOBIO Series Glass Bioreactors

The INOBIO Series glass fermenter systems are developed for the cultivation of microbial yeast and fungi, offering low failure rates, ease of use, and a ready-to-operate design. These systems can also be adapted for mammalian and insect cell cultures with the addition of suitable fittings. They provide rapid heat transfer through a semi-circular stainless steel jacket bottom, a built-in heat exchanger, and serial inner heat exchange baffles for temperature control. Furthermore, they offer a wide range of working volumes from 1L to 50L, and the culture tanks are interchangeable.

INOBIO-5GC (Magnetic Stirring Fermenter):

• This model operates using magnetic drive technology.

• It is particularly suitable for products with high biological safety requirements that have low culture medium viscosity and require long fermentation cycles.

INOBIO-5GJ (Mechanical Stirring Fermenter):

• This model features mechanical stirring technology powered by a shaft drive.

• It is suitable for high-density and high-viscosity cultures, as well as processes requiring high oxygen consumption, and stands out as a strong choice for academic research.

INOBIO-5GJ-plus (Advanced Mechanical Stirring Fermenter):

• As seen in the image, this is an advanced version of the base mechanical stirring INOBIO-5GJ model, equipped with additional features.

• It operates on the same mechanical drive principle as the other models, but the "plus" designation represents a configuration that meets the high-performance or expanded capacity requirements of the series.
