InoPurauto-24S is a nucleic acid purification system based on the magnetic bead method and pipetting method. In addition to the extraction of general samples such as blood, animal and plant tissues, matching special consumables can also be used for the extraction of FFPE block automatically for the whole process, and the FFPE block can be directly placed in the designated well position.
The device can transfer samples through the pipettor, blowing to ensure complete mixing of the samples, and the external magnet adsorbs the magnetic beads on the inner wall of the pipettor to realize the transfer of magnetic beads.
Sample capacity is 1-24 at a time and consumables are designed in strips. Thus, the number of samples can be freely selected according to actual needs.
The maximum extraction sample reaction system is up to 15 mL and the minimum throughput of the elution well is 20 μL
